I have a dedicated server and domain account with 123-Reg but I've been struggling setting up the domains/email despite their web system. This is what I want to do;
Point various domains to my dedicated 123-Reg Server via the 123-Reg control panel (pretty easy!) and IIS6.
The email system uses MailEnable - I want to set up SMTP authenticated emails addresses.
Test and prove the website/email hosting is working 100% for a domain - the email must be secure as possible and not act as an open relay!
Step by step easy to follow written instructions on how to setup the domain DNS settings and web/email etc for my future use.
I'd want to use the applications installed on the server by connecting via Terminal Services - not via the web control panel that came with the dedicated server, which by the way, is Windows Server 2003 Web Edition.
Personally I don't think this would take to long to sort so I'm not expecting anything above $200 bid wise. I'd like to move on this fast as possible and it could possibly lead to more work should I ever get over ambitious again!
Many thanks in advance, Ben.
