Fix problems with Microsoft Outlook 10. Junk E-mail does not work. When I get and email that I want to block I click on Junk. I then click on Block Sender. I then click on the Junk E-mail file and there is nothing there. The blocked email does not show up in Junk E-mail. I then click on junk email options and go to blocked senders. The email I want to block is there. But when I get that same email again, it is not blocked.
