Remote Management And Logging

We install on PCs proxy software which needs to constantly up but currently we do not have the management tools to easily troubleshoot, receive logs, enforce disabling or removing the proxy software, therefore we are looking to create a custom software which will work something like this, on a web application server we will create a user and computer, the user will receive an email with a link, by clicking on the link it will install a small software which will allow us with the following 1. Install our proxy software by command line (the software we have has a command line installation) 2. Receive application logs and specific logs from our proxy software 3. Receive computer info like CPU, memory, operating system, currently installed programs including firewalls status and other info which could be easily obtained. 4. Enforcing disabling the local services (by default the proxy software could be easily disabled and re-enabled by starting and ending the services under administrative tools) 5. Preventing from uninstalling the proxy software 6. Remotely disabling and re-enabling the local services in the administrative tools in the background for troubleshooting. 7. Allowing remotely to update our remote management and logging program for additional features and capabilities 8. Enforcing the proxy software to work at startup even when disabling the proxy software from the startup. 9. Allowing to remove the software remotely in the event the client does not want the proxy software anymore This will have to work across all Windows environments it includes XP Vista Windows 7 Windows 8 and on a Windows Server. It will all be controlled by a web interface on a linux server where we could control all those elements above, the web interface will also include the following, Alerts, alerts will be generated from certain logs. Availability, if the proxy software and the management and logging software are properly installed and working, and if the machine is on allowing pulling information live like CPU memory and other statistics for better troubleshooting In order for us to consider your bid we will need to know your expertise in building a project like this and what similar projects have you done with examples, we will need to know exactly how you plan to do this project Including the application server software or any other programming you will use. A big plus will be if you are able to do the same with Mac and a bigger plus will be if you have mobile device management experience on iOS Android or the upcoming Blackberry 10 because we plan to continue developing similar applications on all those clients.
