An Online reporting tool needed
Need either existing software or customised software for our clients to view in realtime the update of their mystery shopping findings
The client has 26 outlets that we will be mystery shopping 3-5 times in a month. We will also call their phone centre.
At a glance the client should get the big picture numbers on how they are doing as well as run filters that allow them to see it at the following level :
A particular outlet trended over time
That particular month's performance across outlets
Key performance indicators by branch vs call center
Areas where they have scored the lowest that need improvement
Anybody who has developed an online reporting tool would feel at home with this one
