Please provide specific examples of work you've done relating to Facebook, MySpace, OpenSocial, iPhone, Android and php/mysql applications. You do not neet to have experience in all as I may choose multiple developers to address the many platforms I am listing the bid for. We have a simple Facility/Event Status broadcasting application (similar to twitter) that allows a coach or facility to setup a "rain-out" or info line (extension) that customers or team members can check on the web or by calling into the service and entering the extension number and have the status spoken to them. The administrators of the extensions can provide a pin number that gives them the ability to update the status and record (or type) a detailed message. I would like to develop several external interfaces to the service that allow people to integrate the service with social networking sites, their own websites, and mobile devices, similar to the interface we've already developed for the chumby (as shown here): [url removed, login to view] Specifically, I'm looking to interface with Facebook, MySpace, OpenSocial, iPhone, Android, and plain old websites. The service is developed on linux, mysql, php
I am not a big user of social networking applications so I am looking for someone to provide ideas on how they think this would work best. My idea is that people should be able to add a display of an extension's status that any of their friends could add as well. Their would be some sort of capability for them to click "update" and it would prompt for the pin code. If the correct pincode is provided, it would allow them to update the status and type a new message. I would also like 3 different sized embeddable html formats that would allow users to copy and paste the code our site provides into their site and it would show the extension's status on their website. It would have the same functionality as above. You can view a live "sample" extension here: [url removed, login to view] Click the traffic light to update and enter the pin code 1234 to enter "administrator" mode. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
