Fix - Windows Vista continuously restarts

My Windows Vista x64 continuously restars after yesterday windows update.

I have tried following:

1. safe mode - can't enter to safe mode as it ends in same loop and restarts

2. system restore - cannot do system restore as I cannot enter in safe mode or run from cd. When I run from cd, I get blue background windows screen and it stucks there

I tried everything from this article

<[url removed, login to view]>

but did not worked.

I have DUAL BOOT Vista. I can boot to other same Vista system without problems. Is there a way I can copy some file from other system to fail one?

Or any other way?

Thank you all for your bids. I was able to resolve it this way. I have inserted Vista CD and boot up. I had to wait 10 minutes since I had blue screen and I though at first computer was freezed. But I read on one web site that sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes. After this, I have simply done system restore to previous system restore saved position. Thanks
