MS Access Schedule, Personnel, Supply DB for School

Need database design in MS Access to improve current system (in a school) of keeping this info in several separate Excel Spreadsheets.

Need to be able to select and print 5-8 different reports> can provide examples of current Excel reports. See descriptions below.

We have approx. 22 instructors & 7 rooms

Fields: (pardon me, I'm not a db designer, so I may not break this down properly)

Keeping track of an "Instructor"> first name, last name, ID number, F/T or P/T?,address1, address2, city, state, H phone, C phone, W phone, Emergency contact and phone, email1, email2, courses taught (each has title, prefix, number AND building number, room number, start time, end time, lecture and/or lab), hourly rate, semester, year

Keeping track of courses> title, prefix, number AND building number, room number, start time, end time, lecture and/or lab, name of software associated with course, last name of lead instructor, student capacity of course, enrollment number (students) of course in any given semester/year, section cancelled in any given semester/yr? Y/N

Keeping track of rooms: building number, room number, number of seats in room, student capacity of course, names of software loaded in room (usually appro. 5-10), software version number, license holder, can overload room? Y/N

Keeping track of supplies associated with each course: brand, name of supply, mfg. item number, vendor item number, color, size, ea?, qty of supply per student related to student capacity of course, # sections of course offered this semester, vendor name, vendor contact person, url, address1, address2, city, state, zip, phone1, phone2, email, notes on particular supply

General description of reports needed:

1. Alpha listing of courses taught in one semester/yr, instructor, time and building and room

2. Instructor sort by name: courses taught in one semester/yr, time, building and room

3. Room Sort to show which software is loaded there and how many seats are available

4. Supply list by course: full detail list of each supply

5. Supply list by vendor: full detail list of each supply
