I would like to find a talented, Windows 7 software developer who can use Microsoft's latest official Kinect SDK (ie, non-beta) to create a proxy server application that can track people, and broadcast the skeleton data over the local network, potentially via UDP or OSC packets. The software does not need any special interface as it will run in the background. It could be even based on Microsoft's own demo applications provided with the SDK. Exact specification to be determined once the job has been awarded. Only good quality developers who can work independently, and who communicate clearly in English and work efficiently will be considered. I will expect the final delivery to include the full source code and project as well as a working built version.
When bidding, please provide:
- A brief description of how you think you would achieve this project (ie. what network protocol would you choose and why?)
- Evidence that you have worked with the official Microsoft Kinect SDK before
- Evidence that you are familiar with software development on Windows 7
- Evidence that you are familiar with network protocol use, such as TCP, UDP or other transport techniques.

Hi, Thanks for offering this project. May I have some more details regarding this job... Please see my PM for what I need specifically to estimate the work. Thanks
Hi, I already developed Windows 7 applications using Kinect (both using OpenNI or Microsoft Sdk) and OSC. Also see PM for examples of strongly related works.
