Post Prepared Article on Wikipedia

All the content is finished and already marked up in clean wiki text, and I’ve confirmed it conforms by previewing it in the wiki editor (see attached image) ; I simply need it posted to Wikipedia from another account. I have an active Wikipedia account with full editing privileges but I need the initial entry from a third party account. Your job is to take the supplied wikitext, preview it, fix the red links (remove them) and publish the page in full compliance with Wikipedia style, I believe the NPOV, and citation guidelines. Headings, references, categories, infoboxes, and internal/external links are already embedded and fine, but just check that each element renders correctly and that no policy-triggering issues slip through.
