I have 3 WHMCS already installed.
I deleted some of the departments created and it seems that affected the ticketing and messaging system. Now when messages are sent from gmail to the email addresses of the departments remaining, no new ticket is opened and when a ticket is opened from WHMCS to send a message to a gmail, the message does not get delivered to the intended recipient. Are you available to help me resolve this issue now on the 3 WHMCS accounts?
