TIG Welding Stainless & Mild

I have a batch of parts in both stainless steel and mild steel that must be TIG-welded to a clean, high-strength finish. Plate and section thicknesses range from roughly 1 mm up to about 20–25 mm, so you will need to be confident moving from light-gauge work to heavy passes without sacrificing appearance or penetration. When you respond, focus on your TIG experience—projects you have handled with similar material combinations and thicknesses, any certifications you hold, and the equipment you rely on to control heat input over a wide range. Photos or brief notes on past welds that prove consistency will help me judge fit quickly. I will supply drawings, joint details, and target tolerances once we open a chat; you will return fully welded, brushed/cleaned pieces ready for inspection. Turn-around time and quality control steps are important to me, so please outline how you schedule jobs and verify weld integrity before shipping.
