Website Tuning

I'm an individual non business experimenting with things. I bought a flash template from [url removed, login to view] item ID 1936 that needs custom tunning. I might require guidance to what is possible and what is not (colors?, integrating JS online media players?).
Your job assignment is to guide me in how to tune the above mentioned flash template and tune it accordingly to the specifications below, since I don't have some of the software required. I would need to be able to upgrade easily later on, but I'm not sure what software I need to acquire and exactly how to do website tuning.
1. Language will be kept pre-dominantly in Turkish (all content will be provided in TXT or Word document, UTF-8 might be necessary)
2. Replace logo (jpg or gif, working on it).
3. Change menu titles:
•Rename and change content in "About Studio" in simply "cananalan"
•Rename and change content in page "Portfolio", which will be renamed "Projeler". Upload media files (flv, wmp and mp3 and jpg) to integrate an online mediaplayer, for instance JW mediaplayer like the one on of my other sites at [url removed, login to view]
•Rename "Services" into "Satilik" and list a few sale items. This page might eventually have a link to external online marketplaces like my Amazon and eBay seller accounts. I must be able to update this list on a regular base.
•Rename Contacts page into "Ulaşım" and delete "Related Links" content area. There might be some other deletion of content areas on the other pages.
4. Change sound/music.
5. I don’t want any reference to external companies (besides Amazon and eventually eBay), or website host, or designer.
