Wordpress website needed for shipping startup in Canada

We need a new website designed for a new company in Toronto that will offer mailing services as well as local delivery services. This is a new startup that will be using the website to attract potential inventors so it is critical to have a website that is modern, professional and easy to navigate. Website will have 10-12 pages with minimal content as most content will be updated later by ourselves. I am attaching to this project a word file will be provided with information about what needs to be included on each page, the menus etc. We will also be providing the website logo. Preferably this should be built in Wordpress as this is a website management system we are familiar with, and this will allow us to make updates and post news on our own after the website project is complete. If you prefer a different platform please provide the details. Some of the requirements include: -A professional and modern template compatible with all major browsers and devices -3-4 custom images will be needed on the services pages (such as having a cargo van or a retail storefront image with our logo photoshopped) -A form for visitors to leave their email to join the waiting list to be informed of future launch. This could be integrated with mailerlite -A page for latest blog posts (news) with the last three showing up on the home page -The contact page with Google map showing the HQ address. If you have done a website for a freight company/shipping company/courier service please provide the link as part of your bid. Alternatively you can provide any link to a website in your portfolio that would be similar in terms of requirements. Maximum budget for this project is CAD200 (about USD155 at the time we are posting this project). We may be interested in future work at additional cost once the company is launched if major changes are needed (such as adding an online store to sell shipping supplies, adding a package tracking system etc.)
