WIX coding - Building a restaurant Menu with multiple choices based on party size

Job Description:

I want to create a restaurant fixed menu in WIX that has the customers choose from different categories: Appetizers, Handmade Pastas, Wood-Fired Pizzas, Desserts.

In these categories the customer will choose multiple options based on party size.

-Price will be calculated by the person at 95$

-Menu choices should include the ingredients

-Calculate the total price based on party size.

-Menu should also include customers first and last name, email, phone number, reservation time and reservation number

I am using the WIX table reservations addon, Id like to have a customer make a reservation, then get sent a email saying too choose your menu items, then i confirm the reservation once i get the menu.
