We require a website development project to support a specific user flow as outlined below. It must be seamlessly integrated with the specific applications listed below. Additionally, we desire a custom interaction animation, elaborated upon further, which should be coded from scratch. Everything else can be created using drag-and-drop tools.
Creation of an e-commerce website comprising approximately 5 pages.
Incorporation of billing support functionality.
Ability to integrate select website components with 3rd party systems through API or Zapier.
Emphasis on achieving a flawless 10/10 UX/UI.
Integration of forms to gather user data.
Custom code segment implementation to cater to our unique requirements.
Utilization of a drag-and-drop website builder.
Our chosen color palette revolves around light, inviting shades that convey trustworthiness and simplicity. Refer to the example colors in the primary section above. We predominantly embrace gentle hues with a clean, crisp white as the secondary color. This white enhances the overall sense of simplicity and clarity.
Our color scheme aims to evoke feelings of happiness, calmness, trustworthiness, and excitement. It mirrors the emotions experienced when visiting Junibacken's website.
We seek classic fonts with a modern touch and a hint of playfulness. Options like Times New Roman or Galano Grotesque, or similar fonts, can work well. Text should be easily readable, with clear contrast against the background, in eggshell white or pure white. The font choice should facilitate a user-friendly experience for readers of varying technical backgrounds, aged between 15 and 70.
Our logo is simple yet effective, featuring black text with a red seal. It marries an old-school, retro aesthetic with a modern, straightforward look that accurately represents our brand.
Images and Media:
Media should feature individuals reading and writing physical letters. The front page's largest image can be programmed as a video, motion picture, or image carousel. We prefer professional photography portraying real people interacting or writing letters.
Keywords associated with the website's theme include typewriters, physical letters, memories, candles, family, and festive red signets, akin to those used during the holiday season.
Call to Action:
We want visitors to take two actions:
Begin writing a letter immediately, with a visible text box upon entering the site.
Upload their own letter in PDF or Word format using a dedicated button.
Both options should offer a consistent user experience.
Navigation should be simple and intuitive, with all accessible pages visible on the front page. Mobile devices may transition to a hamburger menu for improved usability.
Content on the first page should consist of blog posts, text boxes with accompanying images, and quotes from satisfied customers or potential collaborations. Content blocks should be drag-and-drop for easy post-launch edits and A/B testing.
We aim to make the website interactive, especially when composing a letter. Interactivity can begin in the empty text box or by clicking the "write letter" button on the homepage.
Initially in Swedish, the website will later be translated into multiple languages, necessitating built-in translation support.
The website must be fully responsive on both Android and iOS devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
The website's primary feature is the "letter creator application," offering an interactive and enjoyable experience for users. Key features include typewriter-inspired text blocks, clear progress indicators, information about the service, a teaser of the final product, and customization options.
Upon completing the letter, it should animate, fold itself, slide into an envelope, seal, and stamp itself. Users will then provide recipient contact details through a form. Flexibility in form editing is essential, with potential integration of third-party services like Typeform.
The process continues with collecting the order placer's contact information before proceeding to payment through Klarna or Stripe. After payment, a stamp is placed on the letter with the delivery year.
Remaining delivery time information is displayed post-payment, potentially featuring a visual countdown element.
All letters are securely stored on our GDPR-compliant private server, labeled with a date and personal number. The personal number can be provided by the customer or obtained through third-party services.
Customers receive a confirmation email upon payment, including an auto-generated PDF of the letter for immediate printing and sharing.
The physical letters boast a typewriter-inspired design, complete with charming envelopes and real seals. The website will showcase these designs for customer appreciation.
Payment processing will be automated through services like Fortnox.
