I can complicate all the responsibilities: • Management of email and phone correspondence; redirecting/forwarding emails to appropriate association leaders for certification, education, and membership inquiries that arise • Maintains and updates the association’s website, including membership databases and certification databases • Assists with formatting member newsletters; electronically distributes member blast emails, meeting advertisements/announcements, and newsletters as directed • Assist with setting up Zoom and/or conference call meetings, including circulation of Outlook meeting invitations for association committees and the Board of Directors; as requested, distributes agenda/supporting materials and transcribes meeting minutes • Oversees the membership directory • Retrieves member documents, records, and certification status at the request of members • Responds to requests for certification verification • Formats association ballots for annual elections • Assists with ordering award plaques and tributes as needed And so on...
