URL Shortner / Affiliate ID Rotator Site - No Front End required

WHAT Create an url shortner / rotator / affiliate ID attacher. This system attaches rotating Affiliate IDs to incoming traffic (visitors) sent through an auto-generated shortened link and then auto forwards that visitor to a destination URL with the rotated Affiliate ID associated to it in order for that Affiliate ID to get credit for that sale (should the visitor make a purchase at the destination URL). For this project we will only want to go live with rotating Clickbank Affiliate IDs and ClickFunnels Affiliate IDs. This site will eventually attach different types of Affiliate IDs from different Affiliate Partners rotationally to inbound visitors but for this project it will only deal with Clickbank and ClickFunnels Affiliate IDs. HOW Customer pays admin a rotation fee on another site (pays for 1-100,000,000 rotations of their Clickbank affiliate ID) into our traffic pool and portfolio of sales funnels. We are estimating that the average rotation package purchased will be between 50 and 200. Admin creates new campaigns in this tool to be built – allowing customer accounts to be set-up and Clickbank Affiliate IDs / # of rotations to be entered. The admin then places the auto-generated url shortned link unique for this campaign into a sales funnel for traffic (visitors) to click on and be forwarded to a destination URL. As traffic comes through the auto generated URL shortened links unique to that campaign, the system rotates through and attaches the listed Clickbank affiliate ID in order of the accounts listed and frequency set by the number of rotations entered by the Admin and instantly forwards the visitor with the attached Clickbank Affiliate ID to the destination URL – with no awareness by the visitor. Once all the users and their Clickbank Affiliate IDs are rotated through in order, the rotations start all over again continuously in a never ending loop – unless suspended by the Admin (campaign or account) or if the account for an individual user expires, based on the date entered by the Admin – then that account is automatically removed from the line-up. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION No front end needed. Need access point for Admin to access backend system. User ID and Password and Passcode to enter (three levels of security). Site must be very secure from hacking. Need recommendation on hosting provider to place this tool. See attachment for Suggested Fields and Reporting Asks. Unlimited Campaigns Unlimited Customers Accounts Admin can add, delete, suspend, edit everything Admin can easily obtain / view exportable reporting / metrics – to be determined by developer what metrics would be most useful In some rare cases – this service may not only be used for Clickbank affiliate IDs and/or Clickbank destination URLs but may be used as a simple visitor forwarding service with no need to attach IDs for certain campaigns. Ideally this Affiliate ID rotational attachment and forwarding service will use other affiliate programs other than Clickbank and Clickfunnels – like potentially Jvzoo, Paydotcom, Amazon, Ebay, etc so please keep that in mind when building this out for future work to be negotiated after this project is complete. Developer must gain knowledge of, ClickFunnels, ClickFunnels Affiliate IDs / Links, Clickbank, Clickbank Affiliate IDs / Links, and develop a way for the system to attach Click Funnels and Clickbank Affiliate IDs rotationally to incoming visitors in an instantaneous, seamless and successful way to allow customers of this service to get the affiliate sales associated with any purchases. Developer can use our Affiliate Links and IDs to help create the functionality and test it out, if needed. Attached in this project posting are all the requirements we have documented – if more are needed it will be up to the developer to help define through their own discovery and expertise to make a functional successful product.
