Update / Maintain / ReDo / Create multiple directory websites in WordPress

A. Intro
We need to hire a responsible and knowledgeable WordPress developer to update, maintain, re-install and/or create multiple WordPress websites in the Spanish language (maybe a multi-lingual plugin could be used), with the possibility to work with us in a long-term basis. Most of the sites are directory sites (classified-ads) using PremiumPress theme. However, if the developer is more comfortable with a more efficient platform we may consider the migration. The Developer should be proficient in: Website Design, Graphic Design, WordPress, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), WHM (Web Host Management) & SEO Optimization. The Developer should work with little to no supervision, delivering fast results. Copyrights and all rights belong to the employer without any limitations.
B. The Developer will:
1. Analyze the list of websites.
2. Determine which is faster (update sites or redo sites).
3. Report all work done in a daily Excel journal (date, start time, stop time, tasks summary).
4. Monitor all sites with a 99.5% uptime.
5. Be responsible to maintain all sites.
6. Be available during the agreed upon schedule.
7. Perform SEO Optimization of all sites.
8. Perform all troubleshooting.
9. Will work with little or no supervision.
10. Install and monitor ANTI-SPAM plugins to eliminate spam and virus injection.
11. Deliver results (improve website traffic performance, increase advertising sales, SEO, etc.)
12. Make sure all sites outperform the competition.
C. We will provide:
1. The List of Domains in which the developer will work.
2. Server Credentials to our LAMP/WHM Server.
3. Instructions as to what tasks should be completed on every site on a weekly basis.
4. Access to PremiumPress theme and license number.
D. Payments:
1. Weekly.
