Small transportation brokerage firm seeks a unique slick looking website to promote our services. Some examples we really like are: [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] Potential designer would be provided a sample of our company logo and be expected to create a new logo based on it's design. Skills with flash for logo's are a plus but we are not looking for a complete web site designed with flash.
Functions that are expected:
1. Ability for customers to log in and have access to tracking information regarding their shipments. We would need a system of uploading this data on the backend as well. This should be seperate from the carrier login section.
2. Ability for customers to request a rate through a form on the site. Data should be emailed to an appropriate address at our domain.
3. Ability for trucking companies to log in to view available shipments. This should be seperate from the customer login section.
4. Carrier download section where trucking companies can download pdf or word files containing information they need to get set up with our company.
Potential designer should provide links to sites they have designed with their bids. All bids must include an expected time frame for completion. Payment will be made upon completion of the project. Payment can go to an escrow service if necessary but payment WILL NOT be made until a completed working web site it uploaded and demonstrated on our server. Designer may provide a small link to their services at the footer of the home page. All copyrights and ownership will need to be transferred to us in writing upon payment of the completed project.
