Template modification

Can you please quote me on implementing some changes on template: [login to view URL] such as, removing quantity, as i will be selling printing products such as leaflets, flyers, business cards etc so quantity should he 250, 500 1000 etc selectable from dropdown menu instead, i need user to upload their artwork when they purchase something after logging in to the account. Also I want an option where user selects whether they want us to check their uploaded design or not, and if selected yes that includes another amount of money in price total. Things like these, if you could go to other print offering websites you will get the clear idea what I am talking about, and which things could be included, overall I am happy with this template. I just want to change these few things, also same changes should be made in CMS. Please bear in mind that there may be more changes when we start updating the template, but rest assured I will not be asking too much of your time.
