A Simple Website

I need a simple website which uses only HTML&CSS (no framework)
and ASP.NET for backend.
It doesn't have to be responsive.
I need to get it done in 1,5 hours max, it's a really simple website.
I shared a sample project to make you understand what i want :
Explanation : Main menus like Categories, Manufacturers, Latest Products will be coming from the database. Not static!
All the headlines, pictures etc. will be written on the database.
PS : I will share a database with you, you don't have to create the database. Only frontend + backend. Banner, navbar, logo etc must be placed as in the design.
Design must be fully correct.
