Simple/Easy Website Needed -- Would like someone that can begin now

I am looking for someone that is extremely creative and have some knowledge about hip hop/rap/r&b culture. I need you to create a simple professional yet hip website that will offer professional services to this target market. The site will consist of 6 pages and 1 pop up. You must also be able to do a simple logo to go along with this. All of the copy is ready. You must have access to your own stock photos/graphics that will fit with the site. This must be totally custom and original -- no pre-made templates. You must be able to provide a mock up within a few hours of accepting (that incorporates my ideas) and complete the entire project within 2 days after acceptance of the mockup. So you have a total of 3 days.
