I am wanting to build a website that allows hosts to add their short term rental properties on it
I need this website to be able to take re occurring credit card fees on a yearly basis for a host to be able to use the website, and keep a record of who is up for renewal and send them an automatic email to continue or their post will be automatically deleted , we will not be collecting any other payments .
Website somewhat like AirBnB but on a LOT smaller scale and a LOT less involved as we wont be taking any payments from people booking holidays , and NOT worldwide just Australia
it will need to be able to search properties on a location search , eg what state and city you are wanting to stay
it will need to be able to search words, like, beach, mountain, city OR location eg Gold Coats, Byron bay etc
hosts will need to be able list it under the correct heading for their own properties
Each person/ business advertising their property need to be able to put in available dates , calendars , price list, they need to be able to show their amenities, their house rules , max 20 photos and a contact us via email and phone number
this website will potentially have a few thousand properties on it at any one time , each having their own listing on the website .
Customers to the website who are looking for a holiday rental will be able to put in a location OR a type of vacation home they want and it will bring up all homes listed in that area or under the the type of holiday eg beach, mountains, camping, fishing, city

sub headings the areas in Qld they are wanting to stay
It needs to be easy for both hosts and holiday customers to use
