Your tasks include overseeing all product sales and distributions on various shopping outlets to ensure they operate smoothly, maintaining all products including titles, descriptions, and photos, reviewing stock levels and data of sales to maintain a stable supply and demand status, evaluating the purchasing decisions and buying needs of customers to make informed decisions regarding promotional strategies, pricing and product lines, reviewing our sales strategies, conducting research on the best user friendly features and layouts that appeal the most to customers, testing changes to platforms and monitoring the results, applying platform updates that attract and retain more customers, reviewing sales insights and using them to develop informed sales strategies, and evaluating legal disclaimers and website content to ensure they're compliant, error-free and on brand.
Our primary goal is to create a positive customer service experience for customers who make online purchases. This includes reviewing customers' concerns, needs and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process when buying products online.
