Creation of an etsy shop

I am looking for a web designer that creates an etsy shop with links to my objects already present on redbubble, teespring etc.
Also I would like the freelancer to update it periodically by editing with photoshop and uploading my designs first on redbubble, etc. and then on etsy.

Freelancer has to be skilled with photoshop, from a simlply scanned design freelancer has to clear it, delete the background and clear possible imperfection (because they are drawn by hand)
