Real Estate Foreclosure Website Enhancement

I want to enhance my existing website [url removed, login to view] This is a Illinois real estate foreclosure property search website. Currently you can verify if the property is in foreclosure or not by typing in the address (its a paid service but not actually live yet). I want to enhance it to offer multiple search capabalities similar to an existing website [url removed, login to view] The webste will have three options to do a search on: 1) Auctions 2) Preforeclosures 3) REO

The search can accept the following criteria:

1. Search on date range

2. Search on PIN number

3. Search on Case number

4. Search on City

5. Search on Zip

6. Search on County

7. Search on property address (existing functionality)

Once the search is successful then the report should be produced similar to the report found in

I want to add the following features to the website:

1. Foreclosure reports by email, fax, or first class mail. Similar to the website [url removed, login to view]

2. Title Search. Again, refer to the [url removed, login to view]

3. Tax Report

I want the website to look colorful and professional. I would appreciate recommendations for improvement of the site including services. Existing payment system will be used.
