STEP (1) Go to a psychologist and get a set of Psychometric tests and ensure that you fully understand how each one works. This system must be flexible so as to handle all the common ones.
(2) The administrator must be able to load a test and a results grid. This will consist of a question and one or more answers. Each answer will be given a weighting.
(3) When the student does the test the system must time it. At the end of the test the system must market the test and produce a results grid. This results grid must be interpreted based on a the grid input earlier. Someone may be doing a CAREER test and you get the following:
- on question 3(c) they answer YES which gives a weight a FIVE.
In the final test it is seen that the student is strong in 3,7 & 12 it means Law and the grid says Lawyer.
This is extremely difficult to explain so please study first and do not bid if you do not know what you are doing.
