Product Store / Generic

MAGENTO: I am looking for someone to setup a Magento template based on a template I like. I can supply all the images and text etc. I want the store to be generic, so that I can use the master design to create other types of stores. Here is the template I like, [login to view URL] . Can we design something similar or would it be better to purchase the template and you to edit ? I have Magento fully installed with admin panel. This is in a directory on a demo URL. Scope of work: Home page population and about 10 products should do it, as long as I am then able to populate it with success, I may need some direction and support. The idea is to edit the above theme or create it, and have the store successfully running for about 10 products. I would like to be in a position to then build on these 10 products.
