Looking to build a website for a Home Owners Association. Site will be 10 - 15 pages
Some of the included items are Home Page, Contact Page, Services Page, Resources page with PDF downloads, 2 - 3 forms with about 10-15 fields each to make request. Secured login portal for certain users. Owner will setup account and provide access to end user. Login should also have 2FA thru email setup. Hosting will be on GoDaddy CPANEL platform and developer will be fully responsible for uploading website and makeing sure everything is functionals. Will also require developer to install and enable SSL certificate for site. All forms must be secured to prevent hacking. Will also provide some links for users to click on for various functions like accessing county permits site. Designer must be proficient in English and be able to work between 8AM and 11PM EST.
