Hello Everyone. I was wondering if someone could give me an estimate on how much it would cost to make this type of site. Basically it is a clone of [login to view URL] with a few changes in the design. Instead of having pop-ups I will most likely have a couple banners to support the site or advertise for another music site I plan on starting in the near future. The only catch is I want to be able to edit the site in the future. I am just starting to teach myself html. So hopefully one day I will be able to make changes to the site. Like add bios, pictures, and so on for the artist. But for now I just want a clone of [login to view URL] A little about the design of the site: Basically the site will have its name at the top starting on the left side of the page. A logo (which I have) below that on the left. A normal size banner space for some kind of advertisement a little bit to the right of the logo. A little below the logo will be links that will be displayed on every page down the left side. They will be things like. 1. About SiteName 2. Bookmark Us 3. Add/Correct Lyrics 4. Request Lyrics 5. Contact Us 6. Buy Posters 7. Buy Albums 8. Buy Sheet Music 9. Concert Tickets 10 Links. This will all be in one big section that is a different color (grey with pink trim) then the rest of the site. This part of the site never changes throughout the pages of the site. The other part of the site that will be the same on every page is the alphabet. It will be below the top banner in the main part of the page with a white background. There should also be a space for a skyscraper advertisement down the right side of the page where I can advertise for my other site. All of these things will be the same on every page. The only thing that changes are the lyrics that I add. Another thing I would like is that after you click on a letter, then click on an artist, it will take you to that artist page. On this artist page (say Coldplay) I would like there to be links on the top of the page, in the main white background area, that say: Coldplay Albums, Coldplay Posters, Coldplay Sheet Music, Coldplay Concert Tickets. These links will all go to other sites. So when I add a new artist it will automatically have these links on the top of all of that artist pages. So what I need done is to have the basic foundation of the site built with all these features. Then to have some kind of program where I can manually add each artist, their albums, songs, and then lyrics. Once I add these things it will generate an html page that looks the same as all the other pages except for the information I added. It will automatically add the links on each of the artist pages with the artist name in front of them (ex: Coldplay Posters). Can you do this? My goal is to be able to add new artists or songs via the internet when I am away from home, and then for those new pages to show up on the site the next day. I know this is possible because I have a friend who makes changes to his site like this. Please let me know how much you think you can get this done for?
