HTML+CSS web designer needed

** NOTE: You must have HTML and CSS experience and must NOT be a WYSIWYG visual editor junkie. ** I have several webpages that a colleague created, worked on and destroyed using FrontPage. Now they have an absolute mess of syntax errors which cause all sorts of funky things to open depending on which browser they are viewed in and even crash my Dreamweaver. I don't have the patience to work with the files like this. So... I need someone who can create a .css style and rebuild an exact replica of the pages I give them based on what they look like on the front. Meaning do not try to work with the code as it will cost you (and me) a lot of time and frustration. The images on these pages could be linked from all sorts of places... they need to all be moved to /images/ . Hyperlinks are sometimes relative sometimes absolute. I'll work with these, you just need to create placeholder <a href="#"> tags for now. Final product should have been a rebuild from scratch with manageable code that I can then work with and no syntax errors. Page should load properly in IE, FF and Safari (I can test this on my end) The job is simple but tedious. You'll be given the pages, graphics, whatever you need and you simply need to rebuild an identical replica. NOTE: Once this job is done, if it all worked out well, I'll have some modification/redesign changes as well. I don't really want to throw that in the mix right now as it may confuse you and prolong this simple job. The pages are all direct response style 1-page sites. What does that mean? Example 1: [login to view URL] Example 2: [login to view URL] Example 3: [login to view URL] Could you replicate those pages? Of course, I do NOT want their pages replicated... you'll be working on ours and a couple of ours are very very simple pages (minimal formatting, no tables, etc). But if you're comfortable with being able to reproduce either of those pages WITHOUT trying to dig through the source code (I'm telling you, in the ones I'd like you to work through, the source code is NOT your friend)... then please submit your bid for this job. For my job there will be 2 salespages (ie: which means these are details, font formatting, tables, iamges, etc) and 3 simple pages that will take less time then 1 salespage would. So if you're estimating time costs, think of it as needing to replicate 2.5 "salespages" such as the ones I gave as examples above. Of course you do NOT create graphics, videos or anything else. You simply piece everything together so it makes sense again.
