Design a Joomla Website

I need a (re)design of my joomla website.
Probably I do not need/want a new template because the used one is very flexible.
I want to have a very clean, professional and noble appearance. I can't set it up in the actual the template as far as professional can do.
I need a very clean way to present the content (text, spreadsheet, lists, images and …) in the main content section.
You need to have the ability to design, program and set it up on the website I support you as much as I can especially with the language
I require things like:
• color palettes / use of colors
• font pairings / headlines
• images,
• forms
• a shop menu,
• some rare hover-triggered animations,
• buttons,
• icons
• 5 product logos
This needs to be combined with a very fast loading time and responsive design in order to sell my service and products.
About the actual website/template:
1. I have a uikid 3 plugin, bootstrap 4 and asteroid framework and joomla 3.10 running (I can’t switch to joomla 4 yet)
2. The website is in German and English. The German part is the main part. it is more expanded, developed and prioritized.
3. It also uses a virtue mart shop integration
