Gasht [Address Book] [[login to view URL]] We prefer using google form and to customize the form using ‘Preety Form Design’ or relevant add-ons 1. Search Address: User will type the address here. This search address field will search the correct address for the user and place the address values to the following fields [Unit/House no. Street Name, Suburb, Postcode and State] 2. State: Based on the ‘State’ of each address it will place all its files or folders in that particular state folder. 3. Suburb: Based on the suburb name. All the files should go to that particular suburb folder under the state of that suburb. [e.g. If ‘Bankstown’ is a suburb of ‘NSW’ then all Bankstown files will be placed in ‘Bankstown Folder under the NSW folder] 4. Street Name: All the form response google sheet should go by its Street Name to that particular Suburb folder under their State named folder. [ e.g. If Chapel St. is a St. name of Bankstown Suburb then this ‘Chapel St. Google sheet with all the form responses should go inside ‘Bankstown folder under NSW folder. 5. Each response google sheet should follow the same format and sort the responses based on the Street address [ i.e. 1/1, 2/1, 3/1 then 1/2, 2/2, 3/3 and so forth.

Hi! I agree with you to use Pretty Forms Designs for Google Forms. Sorting information based on its respecting place on Google Sheet would be easy for me. What I would do on additional on this project would be to optimize the form itself on the website. I noticed that there are 2 "Slider" , one on the form and the website. I will make to it to just 1 slider so that the visitors wouldn't be hassled with the scrolling and would be a lot easier to scroll through the form. Let me know when you need me.
