Create a website and a template

Design a community website.

This work needs to be finished by 15 October.

Steps in brief:

1. Collect information useful for the LOCAL people.

2. Create a website with the info collected in step 1.

3. Also make a site template from the above website site.

4. Deliver the products in parts, collect your payments as you deliver.
