Create a Website for Inbound Tour Operator using Existing Web Template

I have an inbound tour operating business. I also have bought a website template, that will need some adjustment in terms of the design lay out, also adding more pages to the website. The only most responsive things in the website is the ability for the reader to download a couple of documents into pdf, and automatically send them to their email. Also, the ability to store viewer's email address through contact us form and sign up to news letter CTA will be good. I know what i want, and i have made a rough draft of the web design. The content is also ready to be posted, with some needing work. I have the domain ready, as well as the hosting.
Need someone who thinks simple, but is capable of working in a very quick and responsive manner. You must be very honest and sincere about helping me - if you're thinking about accepting the project, get the money and just do the bare minimum, please do not respond to this.
