Computer Repair Website Needed ASAP

I would like a Computer Repair Website created for me. I already have a logo and color scheme I would like used. I have been frustrated trying to create my own site and would like to have someone who knows what they are doing to create one for me. Quick turnaround of 3-5 days would be great. Looking for a simple yet professiona looking site. Must have dhtml menu with 5 to 6 different categories. Email form, Support ticket form, online application. I can provide all content, just need someone to design the complete layout. Would be great if you have vector images for icons and stock photos of technology and computers.
