Build a website to compare time-zones ahead of scheduling online meetings

I am trying to create a website that students can use to compare the different time zones they are in, in order to better plan meeting times. The website aims to provide a student the ability to set his(her) time zone as well as the other students' time zone, in order for the website to show the time comparison and better plan meetings across different time zones.

The specific requirements for the solicited websites are:
• Information to Fill in
- Multiple location selections (up to 3 different time-zones)
- Day of the meeting
- Reason: Align with daylight savings
• Result:
- Color categorization of different types of time-slots
- General Working hours (Green): 09:00 - 17:00
- General Non-working hours (Yellow): 18:00 - 21:00
- Normal Sleeping hours (Red): 22:00 - 06:00
- Intervals on the table: by Hour
• Design of website
- Simple, but professional
- Darker colours- black/dark blue & white
- Font- Times New Roman
