Build an Online Store

We are a web shop and have 4 sub sites as a result of merger of different trades . We had the sites in a variety of plarforms , oscommerce , ekm , html and are planning to move all to magento . we have already created a Magento site and wish to move the other micro sites as stores within the main magento site . We have some member of staff who all work together to do site work but as we are not skilled IT guys fee that our quality of work id not good . We need help from someone who is skilled in Magento to tidy up our site then maintain is on a long term basis . We had a great working relationship with an IT indiviual for last 10 years who took care of all our needs but is retiring this year and we are seeking a person who will take over . We worked on a fixed maintenance contract to look over our IT needs but we are open to offers
At the moment our immediate requirements are to create a additional store within main store . We need to have two front ends with the 2 companies own domain and share the inventory . We are undecided as to whether the customer database should be same or separate. We can provide details of work after contact . Ideally we would like to contact someone not too far from London UK but this is not essential
