• Scope / Description
o Build marketplace using Sharetribe platform
o Online marketplace for coaching, tuition services. E.g Language lessons, personal trainers , school tutors, sports coaches.
• Student’s action
o Search for type of coach (e.g. tennis lessons, maths tutor, French teacher etc).
o Display list of relevant coaches – filter by price, geography
o See coach’s profile and their pricing.
o Have ability to send message coach and begin chat.
o See timetable of availability.
o Request to book coach and pay for lesson/service.
• Coach’s action
o Set up profile with image, link to social media and text to describe themselves and their service (price, location etc).
o Receive and respond to messages from students.
o Display calendar / available booking times.
o Receive bookings and payment from students.
• Post purchase action
o Confirmation of booking to both student and coach.
o Take and hold funds from Student.
o Send funds to coach after lesson has been delivered.
o Communications sent to both buyer and seller
o Offer student ability to review Coach.
• Pricing Model
o Coach charged a monthly subscription to have a profile live on the website.
o Student charged a one-off introduction fee when booking with a new tutor for the first time.
o Student charged a “booking fee” for each booking after with that tutor.
• Other Requirements:
o User to sign up using email and password, or can login using Facebook/Instagram
o Student to provide credit card details to pay and Coach to add bank account details to receive funds.
o Page compatible/responsive on iOS and Android mobile
o Website design: clean, minimalist.
