WP Theme re-design + Vbulletin Integration

I have purchased this theme [url removed, login to view] and would like to turn this into a site like:

Please look over the theme [url removed, login to view] or you will need to create a similar theme but the end product must be a professional site like the sites listed above.

WP header/footer must remain universal on vbulletin side as well also the vbulletin/wp skin/theme must be the same. Must be SEO friendly and must install needed plugins required.

Please take a good look at the sites listed above and only bid if you can do this. I need to see your portfolio and preference will be given to magazine/news/sports style work that has been completed in the past.

Will love to take suggestions on this project as this will show me initiative and interest in the project.

-The stats you see in NBA etc is provided by a 3rd party so no need to worry about developing all the stats sections.

File is missing of course that the vbulletin and main site must match thus vbulletin skin will need to be updated.
