Need Help Completing Retail Website with ZenCart

I am looking for someone who can complete a children's resale website for me. I had someone working on it and she was overwhelmed with other responsibilities and was unable to complete the site to my satisfaction.
There are several small things that still need to be completed:
1) I do personalized and handmade items. I am wanting to be able to put multiple embroidery designs for the customer to choose from as well as being able to have pricing for single and multiple items.
2) I would like a message to scroll across the top of the page about placing Christmas Embroidery Orders Now.
3) Can a customer Unsubscribe to emails at the bottom of that message?
4) There are a few catalogue headings that I don't think are necessary that I would like removed or changed to different wording.
5) I would like to add the links to some other sites.
6) Add expidited shipping.
7) Add a visitor tracker.
8) When you click on Handmade, I want Embroidered and Nap Mats to drop down like the other categories.
9) I would like to add my link to other sites and possibly paid directories.
10) Integrate quickbooks into the shopping cart.
Many of these I think a quite minor, however I am extremely challenged in web design and am looking for your help.
