Build an Online Reservation System

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an online reservation engine and essentially experienced in designing and has preferably worked with online accommodation booking systems. This is not a new concept so I would prefer those who have knowledge in creating the system or better still already created the system as this would reduce the huge costs of developing a new system from scratch. I would also be okay to look into modifications of an existing and efficient API if available. The freelancer should put up a proposal on the design and layout of the system and how this engine would function where it discusses on the following points. Please don’t bid if you don’t have a proposal as I will not consider bids without proposals. 1. Be fast and efficient. 2. All functions of this engine and the proposed online site. 3. Rewards in this loyalty programs for end users. 4. Easily and effortlessly integrate/connect to the existing reservation management system for hotels, motels, hostels, service apartments and other accommodation providers. In this case these are new clients providing services. 5. Easily and effortlessly integrate/connect to affiliate partnership programmes provided by existing established online reservation booking system providers 6. Have the ability to compare prices offered by different service providers so as to come up with the overall most competitive rates providers. 7. Pros and cons for the proposed engine. 8. Scalability and upgrades. 9. Getting new service providers (eg hotels)at best rates. Timeline and budget will be considered. Regards
