We want to revise or replace this "Wordpress" form, at [url removed, login to view] , with a form that better meets our needs. The form is for coaches who submit invoices to us to get paid for coaching. We download invoices submitted via this form, all-at-once, to an excel spreadsheet, then upload to our Filemaker database.
Currently the biggest problem with the form is that the coaches cannot get a confirmation of what they are about to submit, or what they submitted. A secondary issue is our difficulty in preventing submitted invoices from being re-downloaded, or accidentally skipping invoices when downloading.
So, referring to the form that's currently at the URL above, the new form would have the following features:
Same fields and drop-downs as currently on the form
Need to be able to upload revised list of coach names to field where coach drop-down list is currently accessed (currently can do this)
Want to add an automatically generated invoice # to the form (currently can do this)
Coaches need the capability to see what they are submitting before they press submit, i.e. "please confirm..." (cannot do this)
Coaches need the capability to print out a receipt (cannot do this)
Ability to view all input invoices on a web-page (currently can do this)
Ability to download invoices for a given invoice number range or date range to an Excel spreadsheet, or otherwise track what has been downloaded to be paid, and what hasn't (currently a manual process that is prone to error)
