We have a big website job that needs to be completed by mid September including all website testing and including data import from current CMS systems.
We have a client with 2 ecommerce websites currently and these websites need to be combined into 1 CMS. We have no preference on CMS, but products need to be uploaded once, but should be able to appear on both websites, 1 website alone (or neither if discontinued). The clients products are hampers and other gifts, which are essentially combo products, but they should also have the ability to create their own hamper.
The website needs customers to be able to login, see their previous order and be able to repeat that order. Because the website is based upon gifts, the customers need to be able to deliver to addresses other than their own, and also within 3 different countries.
There are 3 different franchises across 3 different countries – these franchises take orders for the other countries and currently send a csv daily to the other countries of the orders that they need to fulfil. This system needs do export and email a daily file of orders to the other franchises, whilst also being able to collect their daily orders (FTP may be the easiest way, we are unsure of this).
The system needs to be able to do a daily export of all orders (within a specific structure) so that they can be imported to the accounting software.
The system also needs to be able to assist with fulfilment. The Administrator (our client) needs to be able to select all the orders that haven’t been despatched – the system should then print out a picklist per order, and at the same time, print a delivery label using the specific DHL / NZ Post printer that our client has (further details of the label printer spec can be provided).
We have the ability to get a designer who would supply us with PSDs so the work would require PSD to HTML (although it is worth noting the similar design template for both sites). However if you would like to do the design also, we would be happy to do that but please provide your portfolio & include a design element within your bid if you are interested.
The brief is included within the attachment.
