Hello, I have an online store that currently has about 9000 products. There was another company developing this website, but the company did not set products up correctly on the backend, and we now need to change the way the products are configured. The old company set these products up with custom options which allowed for a drop-down on the product page. These custom options each result in products with their own sku. The problem is the users can not search for these products by sku on the front-end or the back-end, because they are only listed as custom options on the upper-level product page on the backend. Because of this, we need to change these products to be configurable products so each product is listed separately on the back-end. I need to speak with a magento EXPERT on how to go about finding the correct solution to this problem. Please apply only if you are able to come with suggestions on how to accomplish this.
