OsCommerce Expert Needed

I have 11 OsCommerce Websites. Here is the list of things I need help with for the sites: 1) The "Choose Your Language" option at the top right corner of every website.... Can we remove that? 2) The "Currensies" option on every website... Can we remove that also? 3) When you click on an item it says "Item #" .... where in the Admin can I give each item a unique item #?? 4) On the Home Page... how can we make it so that there are just 4 featured products.... it seems every product we add go's to the home page also?? I just want to have 4 featured products on the homepage. 5) When you click on a item it says "This product was added to our catalog on Sunday 26 October, 2008" ..... How can we remove that for every product??? 6) I found a Plugin that will allow me to just create 1 of my 11 sites... then with this Plugin I can export all items/categories and then import them to all the other sites. This will save me alot of time... I need this plugin installed on the sites... The plugin can be found here: [login to view URL],500/category,all/search,csv 7) SEO Plugins,..... I have found 4-5 SEO plugins that need to be installed, or if you have any recommendations, I would like to install the best SEO plugins on all sites. 8) On the Homepage.... you will see that the product information for each product just has a "...." or "Records come ..." ..... how can we make it so that there is a brief description there of each product?? 9) I have someone creating Keyword Rich Articles for SEO purposes,.... I want to add 1 article on the homepage of every site below the 4 feature products.... I will have the articles within the next couple days, can you help me add them in the site on the homepage? 10) I have a "privacy policy" that I would like to put in the "privacy policy" page... how do I add that in? 11) Once a category is clicked on, is there a way to organize the items the way I want them organized... Meaning, If I want a certain item to be in a certain order, how do I do that? ... They are now just coming up in alphabetical order, my worst products are showing up first and i cant have that. 12) Contact Us Page.... Can we add more fields to the contact us page? I will give you the list of the fields I want there. 13) Contact us page.... when the contact us form is filled out, this weird looking picture comes up, I want to replace that picture. 14) On the Home Page ...I have 3 pictures that I need linked to certain category pages... how do I make those link to the correct page? 15) On the Home Page.... How do I change the "New Products" .... to " New Lists" or some other name? ...... Same thing with "Specials" ... how do I change or remove that? Please bid if you are an OsCommerce expert and if you can help me with these issues. I will give you URL's in PM... All sites are based on the same exact template.... Some issues you can just tell me how to fix and I will do the work.... Any add-ons/plugins will need to be installed by you.
