Logo, Background, Favicon, and Custom Web Store Template Design

Site name: [login to view URL] status: under construction For Flash Logo: I'm thinking, an image of a stick figure man will walk in with a shopping cart and stop there and a big lowercase "e" will drop from above into the cart... there the flash ends on the logo... i have attached a sample of the color and an idea look... on that logo to include the store slogan beneath... "Globally We Make Life Easier" with a light shine one the site name on the logo "One Stop eMart" the "e" on the site name should be a different color , maybe a shinny glossy silver color... with a flash sparkle shine/light on the "e"... the "e" should stand out.. and the stick figure man should not have any face features also not to be so thin like sticks. width: 275px height: 60px *transparent background* one to be as a flash logo and design one as a still image (png). chosen logo main color: Gold (as in the sample pic), repeat in a smaller size approx: 100px width and 35px height for the background image: it will be a gradient looking background with an watermark image on it which will the just the shopping cart with the big "e" in it... the gradient will start of with a medium gold color to the top and end to the bottom with the same color gold that is used on the logo... that watermark will be located on the right side of the background image and the rest is just a gradient repeat fill... that way the background image will not be so big and simple... see attachment of background that was done on one of my site... notice the image of the pillar is on the side... for favicon: just the shopping cart icon with the "e" inside of it website template: I need a webdesigner to design a full online webstore which goes with the logo and background... i want the webstore to look similar in combination to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] with all web store features available in it. *try to always keep the file sizes small. at the end the graphic designer knows whats best. please if you have better ideas, you are welcome to share them with me, then we decide. I need this to be done as early as possible.
