Website Conversion Flash --> Joomla

Our current website [url removed, login to view] is flash-based and in need of an overhaul. Your work will include:

- Set up a standard Joomla site and make suggestions for a general layout THAT CLOSELY MIRRORS OUR CURRENT SITE.

- Specifically, create 3 mock ups that are based on the current design of our website and reflect the look&feel and signature graphics. We will provide logo and other graphic material.

- Set up the basic navigation items and content structure

- Implement blog component, flash components and various standard Joomla add-ons

We will feed in the content. Your main job is to create the layout template that mirrors closely the current design of the website (front page, use of modules, navigation) - and to set up the basic content shell with empty articles. We will take it from there.

Again, my client likes the way the current website looks - we are looking for a cleaner, CMS-based website that has flash reader, blogs etc and a cleaner navigation. The final look should not be too corporate like - no boring black and white standard 3 col layout. But it should also not look like a toy store / gamer site etc. Please provide references of your recent work.

We will pay for the mockups and if we chose one then pay extra for the implementation. We need you to turn this around in 2-3 weeks.
