We are looking for an active partner in developing a professional Joomla-portal that suits our needs. This will be a development in several stages, and the first stage is to get the page up and running. Later it will be relevant with extensions, and if you impress us in the initial stage there might be good work for you later on in the process. The purpose of the site In Norway there are very many small and medium businesses, and most of them have a web-site, or need other services that can be provided externally. Usually a company will not have the necessary competence internally and they will look for a local freelancer or consulting company to help them. The problem is that the cost level is very high in Norway and most small and medium companies will want to find a more cost efficient solution than having a Norwegian consultant doing the whole job. The solution is combining global and local resources as we will do in our portal. In our portal we will list all freelancers and consultants in Norway that are using international outsourcing like Getafreelancer.com. This will be the place to search for customers who both want a local expert to consult them and who wants to save money by outsourcing their computer jobs. The functionality of our site The page will be in norwegian, but the administration area will be in english.
