Urgent: Convert 2 Photoshop Templates to HTML/CSS

Must convert photoshop designs of both pages to valid HTML 5, CSS 3 that works across all browsers. This is a landing page and needs to be coded in excellent fashion so all users, all browsers, all devices can see it. 2. Responsive design required ... 3. Must use correct fonts (Calibri, with fallback Ariel, Helvetica, sans-serif). 4. All text on the page must be editable. Qualifications 1. Must be proficient with HTML 5, CSS 3, and Javascript, with 2 years minimum experience 2. Must be able to pay VERY close attention to details in design. 3. Must be able to communicate well in English language. 4. Must have experience with Photoshop PSD files for web design 5. Bid includes converting TWO pages, One is the primary page, the second page is the follow up form that will collect more data. Second page is easy once you do the first page. Final design may change (up to 10%) from the uploaded version, but this is the basic layout and functionality of the site.
